We had your comfort in mind when refreshing the space and getting it ready for YOU to enjoy. If you are a family with children on the Autism Spectrum, this home is perfect for you! It is kid-friendly in general, but we have also taken the extra steps to make sure your children can be kept safe as well! WIth one of the biggest concerns being "wandering", we made sure to have the additional locks, and window and door alarms for you! The furniture is also anchored to the walls so you don't have to worry about little ones getting hurt. Need fidget toys or a weighted blanket? We have those as well!
Bring the doggies along and let them enjoy the fenced in yard while you relax on the screened in lanai with a coffee or a cocktail.

We moved to the area from Wisconsin in 2021 after having visited St. Augustine on vacation for a few years. We know we wanted to move south and we looked for property over on the Gulf Coast of Florida, but it just wasn't our vibe. We found Palm Coast, FL completely by accident but fell in love with the city immediately because of all the biking and walking trails and its proximity to the Atlantic Coast and beautiful beaches!
We have two doggies who always travel with us (except when we fly somewhere) so we wanted to make sure that you are able to bring your dogs with you as well!
